Jim has extensive history in being an owner/operator, having been involved in Real Estate selling Residential and Commercial properties and now concentrating his abilities to the selling of Hotels. Jim has also been involved in the Retail Food industry and worked in a variety of industries including hotels and logistics. Jim also has a solid accounting background.
Ron was the original principal of CBB and has a long history in the selling and marketing of Hotels, Motels and Caravan Parks. Prior to CBB, Ron owned a variety of businesses including Nurseries and Newsagencies and was involved in the rural industry in NSW.
Bob recently sold his own Real Estate Agency on the Gold Coast and has an extensive knowledge of the area in which he has resided for the past 20 years. Bobs' background in Residential property and his previous experience in operating his own businesses in the retail and hospitality sector gives Bob a good insight into the Management Right market.
Scott has over 25 years experience working in the Hotel industry in Townsville, Gold Coast and Tully, had a restaurant on the Gold Coast and has a sound knowledge in Hotel/Motel accounting.
